Meet the Olivine Partners
Ashley Wilson is the creator of Olivine Marketing. With 9 years of marketing experience in the SaaS / technology space, she loves helping companies establish strong positioning and using that as the foundation for marketing and sales efforts.
Prior to starting Olivine, Ashley was an early employee at Sauce Labs. During her time as Head of Marketing, she created a well-loved brand in the software development space and organized dozens of developer-focused conferences and meetups.
After Sauce Labs, Ashley worked as a senior marketing consultant for companies in the dev tooling space, including Applitools, Cloud9 (now Amazon Web Services), Perfecto Mobile, and many others. The idea for Olivine came about when she realized she could scale her enthusiasm for helping companies develop great positioning, messaging and product marketing by finding other like-minded marketers to partner with.
Ashley is also a singer-songwriter and avid traveler.
Raechel leads product marketing strategy for Olivine. With a career that started in finance, she brings a unique analytical mindset with a focus on business goals to her creative work in marketing. She loves joining together teams across an entire organization to launch a brand new product.
Prior to joining Olivine Raechel worked at Intercom where she brought Articles and Operator—two of Intercom's largest product releases—to market. While there, she led the internal gender diversity group, authored popular blog posts, and contributed a chapter in the book Intercom on Marketing.
After Intercom, Raechel worked as Director of Marketing for fintech startup Jirav before becoming a product marketing consultant for tech companies including Envoy, Gladly, Spoke, and more.
Raechel is also the creator of Small Space, Big Taste—a blog about living large in small spaces.
Todd is Olivine’s Executive Producer and the owner of Fraser Film Group, the full-service production company that handles all our videos. Todd’s 25+ years of experience as an award-winning producer, director and cameraman is broad and deep, and his unique approach to storytelling and filmmaking has served his clients well.
As the operating partner at Creative Digital Group in Atlanta, acquired by LBi in 2008, the company flourished and was recognized as a powerhouse in marketing. Since then, Todd has directed, filmed and produced work for a wide array of clients, including Home Depot, Simmons Bedding, Graco, GlaxoSmithKline, Sauce Labs, and Envoy. He is one of the co-producers of Black Road, a feature film released in the fall of 2015 available on Netflix.
PAULA CARVALHO, Creative Director
Paula is Olivine’s Creative Director and specializes in Art Direction, UI/UX, Visual Design and Branding. With 10+ years of experience with a strong background in graphic design, her approach is creating visual concepts that integrate brand and experience to drive user engagement.
Paula’s passions are fashion, photography, technology and she loves to leave all that to escape to nature.
GARY LUNDGREN, FILM DIRECTOR
Gary’s career began in editorial at Warner Brothers and his directorial debut was the 2010 comedy, Calvin Marshall. He then directed the critically acclaimed indie feature Redwood Highway starring film legends Shirley Knight and Tom Skerritt. Since then, Gary's written, directed, and edited commercials, music videos, documentaries, and feature films including the forthcoming comedy Phoenix, Oregon starring James Le Gros, Jesse Borrego, and Lisa Edelstein.
JESS LANHAM, DESIGNER
Jess designs on-screen and off-screen using a multi medium approach. She began exploring the creative process within her fine art background, and has now extended that exploration across multiple platforms and picked up new tools and processes along the way. She was born in Swaziland, grew up in northern New Mexico, attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and currently lives and works in San Francisco.
ARIELLE SHNAIDMAN, CONTENT & PRODUCT MARKETER
Arielle has spent her career helping startups with messaging, content, and growth, often in the B2B SaaS space. Most recently, she was at ConsenSys, a market-leading blockchain technology company, helping to position its offerings to Fortune 500 Companies, governments, and banks. Now Arielle runs her own business, helping ambitious women find their unique voice, master their story, and create powerful brands. She’s originally from Montreal, and after spending a few years in San Francisco, now calls NYC home.
JOE REDMOND, DESIGNER
Joe has over 15 years of design experience creating eye-catching packaging, posters, websites, magazine and book layouts, signage, logos, brochures, ads, and more. He transitions seamlessly between print and digital and has designed for brands including American Track League, Cigar & Spirits Magazine, The Cheesecake Factory, Panasonic, Sanyo, VEEV Spirits, and The City of Santa Clarita.
Zara Burke, Content Writer & Strategist
Zara helps rapidly-growing B2B SaaS businesses captivate the right customers with emotive content. Most recently she worked at Intercom, where she attracted, onboarded and retained thousands of customers with educational content. While there, she created Intercom’s first customer training course, wrote popular blog posts, and co-authored the Intercom on Customer Support book. Before Intercom, Zara led impactful content strategies for many innovative brands, like the Digital Marketing Institute. Now, she runs her own business in Dublin, creating long-form, actionable content for B2B SaaS businesses. Her favorite colleague is her cat, Loki.

We typically work within our network but are always open to talented freelance creatives joining our collective—especially if you are a product marketer, content writer, designer, or filmmaker. You do not need to be based in SF or NYC—remote from anywhere in the world works for us as long as you love what you do!
