Understanding your customers is vital to your marketing, sales and product efforts. We start this project by leading a persona workshop with cross-functional stakeholders in your company. After defining the personas, we conduct a series of customer interviews to validate these personas. We also use these conversations to uncover compelling customer stories.

We started with a persona workshop to identify Envoy’s personas, Then interviewed a wide range of customers to validate or challenge our assumptions.

From these, we also uncovered a unique customer stories, including how xero views envoy as this reliable, digital friend who makes the visitor sign-in process smooth and welcoming.
