About Elation

Elation Health is powering the future of independent primary care. Its clinical-first technology helps physician-led practices and groups thrive in a rapidly changing healthcare environment with a purpose-built primary care platform, used by over 14,000 independent clinicians caring for seven million patients across the country.

The need

Elation came to Olivine for help re-positioning and rebranding their website, which hadn’t been overhauled in a number of years. Elation not only wanted to up-level the design, but also reflect their new brand positioning with better messaging and copy, and balance the need to drive better-performing conversions throughout the site.

The strategy

We began the project with a series of intake sessions to understand current messaging, positioning and goals for the site. After diving into personas, Jobs To Be Done, and company messaging with our Build-A-Box workshop, we moved into brand and style exploration to create a photography-driven site that was reflective of their values as a company and the impact they’ve had on the medical space. Throughout the process, we worked collaboratively with the marketing team at Elation to ensure this new site conveyed Elation’s unique place in the space.

The deliverables

Olivine delivered positioning guides, a persona and JTBD deck, a new visual identity, analytic performance reviews and recommendations, a new content architecture, copy and messaging for every page, design for every page & a CMS implementation.
