The Challenge

Core persona alignment, product positioning, messaging, and 18 new website pages.


Benefex looked to Olivine for support in transforming a long list of separate product offerings into one powerful platform offering. 

Beginning with a series of strategic workshops, Olivine worked with the Benefex team to drive alignment across departments to define their core personas, determine the key value propositions of their platform offering, and create positioning and messaging that resonated with their buyers. The outcome was a new positioning and messaging guide, as well as 18 new web pages which included

the Benefex Homepage, all Product pages, and the About and Careers page.

The Deliverables

Personas & JTBD alignment deck, a new positioning and messaging guide, and 18 pages core to the Benefex website.


From the completed workshops, Olivine delivered a fully fleshed deck presenting Benefex’s core personas, and their JTBD. Olivine also created a positioning and messaging guide which expanded on value props and use cases for every product, and concluded with platform messaging for Benefex which was then implemented into new pages for their website.
