The Challenge

Provide foundational product marketing and go-to-market strategy and execution to announce ConductorOne’s identity security platform.


ConductorOne came to us knowing the value and need for quality product marketing expertise, especially as they approached their first product launch and Series A announcement. They were quickly advancing towards a strong product-market fit, so they needed to start expanding their reach to new target customers with a strong message that moved prospects through the funnel. The team at Olivine immediately became part of their core GTM team, defining personas, nailing down product positioning and messaging, working on a website build-out, and creating top-of-funnel content.

The Deliverables

We built out 9 new product and solution webpages, multiple blog posts and best practice guides, ConductorOne’s very first case study, and even more to move the needle on customer acquisition.


Working in weekly sprints over 7 months, we partnered with ConductorOne to provide input and execution on the latest project–whether that be their Series A funding announcement and inaugural product launch, their first integration partner launch, copy and design for ads, or a refreshed company narrative. As a collaborative partner, we worked with ConductorOne to map out their ideal website, defining each product page and distilling their value prop into solution pages. We also created content like best practice guides used to generate leads, blog posts and interview scripts to build awareness, and datasheets for sales enablement.

Developed the foundation for ConductorOne’s first product, and later built up a narrative to encompass messaging for the entire platform.

Created 4 product pages and 5 solution pages, iterated on and refreshed the homepage, and created many resources for the resource page.

Best Practices Guides

Produced the user access review guide, least privilege implementation guide, and taming AWS access management guide to generate leads.
