Unbabel: Crafted, tested and launched Unbabel’s new positioning and messaging strategy in partnership with the Sr. Leadership team, Marketing, and Product. Rolled out messaging via a company-wide enablement program.
ServiceNow: Played a key role in developing Lightstep Incident Response’s positioning and messaging framework, laying the foundational groundwork for all ads, emails, and sales collateral.
Stellar Tickets: Developed the foundational positioning and messaging framework to revamp the website and brand, and create 12+ landing pages, most notably the homepage, how it works page, solution pages, and product pages.

I can work with you to develop high-impact sales collateral, ranging from sales decks, one-pagers, sales hubs’, and battle cards to enable your sales team to sell more confidently. My approach starts with your team. I lean towards using data as my north star, whether it be sales numbers or through sales confidence surveys to understand your teams existing challenges and pain points. Based on what we find, I will recommend a sales enablement strategy to help meet the needs of your team through engaging and effective content in the format that works best for them.

Pngme: Created a sales deck, product implementation deck, and two-pager to strengthen sales confidence and help revenue close deals faster.
Unbabel: Launched various FAQs, videos, and training materials to help revenue teams understand key value propositions and answer customer objections. Launched a messaging hub to consolidate all information and make it accessible across the org.

I worked with Stellar Tickets to develop a new positioning and messaging strategy that helped strengthen their position in a saturated, live entertainment market. This foundational work served as the backbone to help launch their new website, consisting of 12+ new pages with new product copy. I also produced marketing and sales collateral such as a Personas and Jobs To Be Done deck, a comprehensive messaging and positioning guide, and a brand book to guide all future product and marketing decisions and requirements.
