The Challenge

With 8 weeks until launch, Megan was tasked with executing a GTM strategy for an upcoming beta announcement, brand new website content, and preparing marketing collateral for an upcoming developer conference.


During the first month of the engagement, Megan worked closely with the CEO and an external consultant to finalize Tigris Data’s positioning and messaging. With a strong foundation in place, she was able to quickly adapt the new messaging into website copy and content for several of the GTM deliverables (blog announcement, and email/ social campaigns) for the upcoming beta launch.

The Deliverables

In close collaboration with the Tigris Data team, Megan helped build out the product marketing function, finalize messaging and positioning, produce new website copy, and executed several deliverables for the beta launch.


Within just one and a half months Megan delivered a messaging and positioning guide, produced web copy for home, product, and company pages and initiated Tigris Data’s first email and social campaigns for the beta launch.

Once the beta was announced, she refocused her efforts on building out an ongoing content strategy, supporting the beta onboarding process, and monitoring campaign performance and analytics.

Collaborated closely to develop positioning and messaging to be used on web pages, event collateral, and beta launch.

Marketing Operations and Vendor Procurement

Established new processes and identified automation opportunities.Procured and onboarded several marketing automation tools.
