We partnered with Yurts for 4 months and focused on building strong product marketing foundations and launching their new brand identity. Our work encompassed creating a new website, brand book, sales collateral, and pitch deck.

The Challenge

Yurts, an early-stage startup, needed help with their messaging, branding, and website before a crucial conference. They partnered with Olivine's consultants to refine their strategy and design for better enterprise appeal.


The main challenge Yurts faced as an early-stage startup was formulating their initial positioning and messaging strategy. Additionally, they sought to refine their brand to better resonate with their enterprise audience. With upcoming conferences, networking opportunities, and fundraising on the horizon, there was a need to build a tighter narrative and website that adeptly conveyed Yurts’ value propositions and platform. At the time, Yurts did not have in-house marketing, brand, or PMM support, which made getting started on these efforts difficult. To address this, Yurts brought in Olivine's product marketing and design consultants to take on the challenge and prepare them for a key conference in just a few weeks.
