What's the opportunity? 

Olivine is looking to hire a part-time freelance Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead and contribute to key client projects.

This is a truly unique opportunity to work with a team of seasoned product marketers, content marketers, and designers while getting exposed to a wide variety of brands, people, and projects. You'll collaborate closely with the Olivine team as well as client stakeholders at top companies across sales, marketing, sales enablement and product. You will support Olivine by leading customer projects and reviewing content, assets and materials for a variety of touch points, including marketing strategy workshops, sales collateral, product landing pages, product announcements, internal content and more.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager role is perfect for someone who has gained enough experience at Product Marketing roles within scaling startups and/or mature public companies and is now freelancing. Working with Olivine means having the freedom to work independently and on a variety of projects, while still reaping the benefits of having a team to connect with and learn from.

What will you be doing? 

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, some of the things you will contribute to:

  • Lead projects execution and work with a team of PMM associates, designers, and project managers.

  • Lead client workshops to define their personas, brand and product positioning.

  • Develop customer facing sales and marketing materials for clients, setting the direction for it and reviewing the work executed by PMM associates assigned to the project. This could include landing page content, sales pitch decks, personas, customer stories, blog posts, email copy.

  • Copywriting, reviewing and proofreading for marketing collateral.

  • Conduct research on competitive landscape and product marketing best practices.

  • Bonus points if you are comfortable with Zoom, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets, Loom, Miro, and Slack

What experience do I need?

  • 2-7 years experience in product marketing, copywriting, or sales enablement role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS.

How can we work together?

  • Most projects require a commitment of 10-20 hours per week with some needing as few as 5 and as much as 40.

  • Your working hours will be flexible, but you should be available for team and client meetings during weekdays in EST time zone.

  • You’ll have support from our CEO and operations team to make sure you’re set up for success starting with your first client project.
