Before Olivine, Rae studied finance & worked in finance for 6 years before transitioning to marketing. She was an early product marketer at Intercom where took two products to market — Help Center Articles & Operator Bot. 

She launched Olivine Playbooks in 2020 as a way to help early-stage founders nail their marketing strategy from the very beginning (before they can afford an agency like Olivine).
